My name is Cristina Ursu and during my college years I was in an emotionally abusive relationship. I got out of it safe and sane but it made me believe that therapy doesn't work. Because I was too broken and I needed time to heal.
Fast forward some years later I've started my journey as a trainer and during my sessions I always felt that the blockages people have are due to deeper roots and I wanted to be able to help them more. So I started an intensive course, I became a career coach.
And thus my journey in recovery began. I went into therapy myself, I healed. I started a formation program in Psychotherapy and here I am :).
